Deb is a higher education and program development expert. She uses a data-driven, collaborative approach to design and implement cross-functional initiatives focused on sustainable execution.
Jeanne is a higher education and workforce strategy and partnership development expert. She specializes in planning and facilitation, convening diverse cross-sector groups to identify desired outcomes and the strategies needed to achieve them, and preparing leaders and their teams to be successful.
WHO WE ARE
Planning efforts sometimes has the same reputation as a dental cleaning– necessary, but not always enjoyable. We get it– and we know it’s called “work” and not “play.” But we love people, and their creativity, and their capacity for growth and change. We bring that energy to all of our engagements, because this work is hard… and we want to help you stick with it, even during the not-so-fun times.
We founded this company because we want to bring our decades of experience into your organization, to help you articulate your goals and plan to exceed them.
